Creating a Booklet with Different Paper for the Cover
You can add a cover to the data for booklet printing, and use different paper from the main body for the cover.
Items on the [Detailed Settings for Booklet] dialog box > [Paper Source/Cover Page Settings] sheet can also be configured from the [Paper Source] sheet, including [Paper Selection] > [Different for Cover and Others].
1.
Display the [Basic Settings] or [Finishing] sheet.
2.
Select [Booklet Printing] from [1-sided/2-sided/Booklet Printing] or [Print Style].

Click [Booklet].
4.
In the displayed dialog box, display the [Paper Source/Cover Page Settings] sheet.
5.
Enable [Specify Paper for Cover Page].
6.
Select [Select by] > [Paper Source] or [Paper Type].
7.
In [Cover Page], specify the paper source or paper type to use for printing the cover.
8.
Click [OK] in the [Detailed Settings for Booklet] dialog box.
