Overview of Document Monitor

Document Monitor manages logs of unread/updated documents in the folder specified as a monitoring target, and manages logs of newly arrived documents in My Tray. In addition, when a Hot Folder is set, you can transfer documents added into a Windows Folder selected as a source folder to a folder in a library.
By using Document Monitor, when there is an unread/updated document or a new document, you are notified by the document notification icon in the Taskbar, by the [List of Unread/Modified Documents] window, or by sound.

When Document Monitor is started, (Main) is displayed on the Taskbar.

Menus Available from Document Monitor

The menu items displayed when (Main) is right-clicked are as follows:
[Start Browser]
Start Desktop Browser.
[Monitored Folder Log]
The [Document Log for Monitored Folder] and [Document Log for My Tray] sheet of the [Log List] window is displayed.
[Display List of Unread/Modified Documents]
The [List of Unread/Modified Documents] window is displayed.
[Document Monitor Settings]
The [System Settings] screen is displayed.
[Manual]
Displays the manual.
[About]
Displays a version information.
[Exit]
Document Monitor is exited.

Main Functions of Document Monitor

The main functions of Document Monitor are as follows:
Monitoring the specified folders and My Tray
Transferring of Documents
Monitoring the specified folders and My Tray
If there is an unread/updated document in a folder specified for monitoring in Document Monitor or a document is forwarded to My Tray, you can set notification of this by either the document notification icon in the Taskbar, the [List of Unread/Modified Documents] window, or by a sound. In addition, the logs of registered or updated documents in the specified folder, and the logs of transferred documents to My Tray can be displayed in the [Log List] dialog box.
Transferring of Documents
You can monitor a Windows Folder on a local or network computer and transfer data or documents added into that folder to a folder in a library. Such a source folder is called a "hot folder". For more information on hot folders, see the following.
