Checking the Status of Fax Transmission Jobs in the Quick Printing Tool

When you set the fax transmission job status to be displayed in the Quick Printing Tool, the status of the current fax transmission job is displayed in the job status icon. The icon displaying the job status changes according to the status of processing the job. In addition, when a fax transmission job is completed, a job completed notice is sent.

Fax Transmission Job Status Display Icons

The icon displayed on the top center of Quick Printing Tool indicates the fax send job status.
 (Transmitting)
This is displayed during the period from the beginning of spooling executed by the Windows spooler to the completion of a fax send job to a device.
When the mouse pointer is placed over it, the status message <Transmitting> is displayed.
 (Transmitted)
This is displayed during the period from the completion of a send fax job to a device to the completion of sending the fax to the device.
When the mouse pointer is placed over it, the status message <Transmitted> is displayed.
 (Printing Paused/Locked)
This is displayed when a job process is stopped due to a command from the control panel of the device or the Remote UI during the period from the beginning of spooling executed by the Windows spooler to the beginning of transferring the fax transmission job to the device.
When the mouse pointer is placed over it, the status message <Printing Paused/Locked> is displayed.
NOTE
When multiple fax send jobs exist, their job statuses are displayed in the following order of priority.
Printing Paused/Locked > Transmitting > Transmitted

Fax Send Job Completion Messages

Job completion is notified via a job complete notification message displayed in Quick Printing Tool.
