[Confirm PIN]/[Confirm Password] Dialog Box

Enables you to set the PIN/password when performing secured printing. Select the print data name from the control panel of the printer and enter the PIN/password to start printing the data.

[Document Name]

Enables you to set a name for the print data.

[User Name]

Enables you to set a user name for the print data. The user name set in the [User Information Settings] Dialog Box is displayed, but you can change it.

You cannot change the user name if [User Authentication] is selected in [Device Settings] tab - [User Management].

[PIN]/[Password]

Enables you to set a PIN or password. If the PIN/password is set in the [User Information Settings] Dialog Box, it is displayed as a series of dots, but can be changed.
