Editing Documents
You can edit a document in a library or My Tray by starting an application associated with the document.

If you have registered Advanced Space of an imageRUNNER ADVANCE device and a shared folder on another computer as libraries, more than one person should not manipulate or edit a single document or folder at the same time. Data may become invisible or be destroyed.

If the Document is an IWB Document, iW Document, or PDF Document
If the document is an IWB Document, iW document, or PDF document, you can open and edit it in Desktop Editor.
