Preventing Printing Mistakes to Reduce Costs

With Desktop, you can save specified print settings with a document or register them as a template. In addition, you can print a document after checking a print preview with the print settings applied, helping prevent misprints.
For example, your company has a regular meeting every month. Since various materials are required at these meetings, these materials must be collected and printed. By using the [Print Meeting Materials] tab registered when Desktop is installed, you can efficiently prepare these materials. The [Print Meeting Materials] tab is set with functions specialized for printing work.

[Print Meeting Materials] Tab Initial Settings

The following functions are set on the [Print Meeting Materials] tab by default.

The [Print Meeting Materials] tab registered during installation can also be customized. Customize the ribbon according to the actual work that is performed. For information on customizing the ribbon, see the following.
