Setting User Information from FAX Utility
You can set default settings relating to user information (PINs for department ID management and user authentication, etc.) by using FAX Utility.
1.
Open [System Settings] in macOS → click [Printers & Scanners] in the sidebar.
2.
Select the device to use.
3.
In the displayed dialog, click [Options & Supplies].
4.
In the displayed dialog, click the [Utility] tab → click [Open Printer Utility].
Fax Utility starts.
5.
In FAX Utility, set the required items.
6.
Click [Save Settings].
